The hotel is in a prime downtown location, steps away from restaurants. The room was clean and the bed proved comfortable. Quick check-in and check-out made the process easy, and I also found the neighborhood safe to walk around.
The dated appearance of some areas gave the impression that the hotel needs some updates.

I was very impressed with the prompt room service and the responsiveness of the staff. The hotel provides complimentary newspapers each morning. I found the business center well-equipped for any urgent work. The indoor pool was also very well kept, with a good temperature.
The elevators could be a little slow during peak hours.

unprofessional staffdefective air conditioning
I found the staff rather unapproachable and unprofessional. They gave us a key to a room already occupied by other guests. the air conditioning was not working well. I had to switch rooms twice to find a comfortable temperature. It was very disappointing, especially considering the money spent.
